Shipping policy
Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order.
Shipping Destinations & Exclusions
- Where We Ship: We ship within Singapore and to selected international destinations worldwide.
- Mug Availability: Our mugs can be shipped to Singapore and all available international destinations excluding the United States.
- United States Orders: We currently do not ship any products to the United States due to import tariffs and regulatory complexities. We hope to offer US shipping in the future.
- Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their destination country.
- Unlisted Countries: If your country is not available at checkout, contact us at hello@afibloomstudio.com and we will do our best to assist you.
Processing & Separate Deliveries
- Processing Window: All orders are processed and prepared within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
- Multiple Packages: Because our mugs are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner and internal studio creations are shipped directly by us, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and at slightly different times.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
Domestic orders and self-fulfilled international items are shipped via SingPost. Print-on-demand items are shipped via our partner's local couriers.
Singapore (Local Orders):
- Mugs: Shipping is built into the product price (Free Shipping) and shipped locally via our partner.
- Internal Studio Creations: Shipped via SingPost. Rates are calculated at checkout based on package size and weight.
- Delivery Time: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
International Orders:
- Mugs: Shipping is built into the product price (Free Shipping) or calculated as a flat rate at checkout.
- Internal Studio Creations: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Delivery Time: Varies by destination country and local customs processing.
Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched (where applicable).
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the courier's system.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details at checkout. We cannot refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services or customs clearance once the parcel has been handed over.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of both the packaging and the damaged item.
- Lost Parcels: Lost parcels will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in coordination with the courier service.
